The Team have been working on ways to allow our customers to safely host and deliver events in a safe environment. 

All our conference rooms are now equipped with the very latest 4k touchscreens which not only can display your presentation via touchscreen technology, but will also allow for delegates and guest speakers from around the world to dial in via a range of pre-loaded meeting apps.

Each touchscreen, a Promethean ActivPanel, has standard features of:

• 75in screen (86in in Chestnut Suite)

• Video conferencing tool

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Google Meet

  • Skype for Business

Lagan Valley Island Conference Centre also offers an excellent central location for conferences and meetings in Northern Ireland with accommodation available nearby. Unlike many conference venues, complimentary parking is available on-site for up to 300 vehicles and we are proud to offer excellent disabled facilities.
