Session 1: Relaxed Session
2pm-3.30pm
This session is a gentle quieter session with a maximum of 30 participants including careers designed especially for families with adults sensitive to noise and crowds.
Start the session with an introduction to circus skills. Enjoy soft music.
There are 6 sensory zones which will cover a complete sensory experience. The zones are mental health and wellbeing, human sensory system, movement, dark visual, interactive activities, neurodiversity awareness.
Session 2: Easter Bop
3.45pm- 5.15pm
Designed especially for families with adults with extra needs who love to dance, move and explore new sensory experiences.
Try circus skills, 6 sensory zones session which will cover a complete sensory experience. The zones are mental health and wellbeing, human sensory system, movement, dark visual, interactive activities, neurodiversity awareness.

Quiet zone: This is in the Studio Theatre adjacent to the Island Hall and is available throughout the event.
This event is supported by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council. Proceeds from the event will go towards the Mayor’s Charity Action Cancer for its breast screening service. As an Autism NI Impact Award champion, we are committed to providing an inclusive ad accessible service. If you require any further support or information, please do let us know and we will be happy to help and advise as needed.
*The Buddy Card Scheme makes it easier for disabled persons to use Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council leisure, arts and community facilities. The Scheme is available to any adult or child with a disability. Some people who use our facilities may need a friend or family member to assist them in participating in specific activities - this person is known as their Buddy. When paying for an activity or visiting a facility the disabled person would make the relevant payment and their Buddy would have free access.
