Festival of Remembrance

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council in partnership with the Regimental Association of the Royal Irish Regiment (Lisburn Branch) will be hosting a Festival of Remembrance on Friday 06 November 2026 at 7.30pm at Lagan Valley Island.
Featuring Bugles, Pipes and Drums of 2 ROYAL IRISH, Soloist Ruth Jennings, Largymore Primary School Choir, Sarah Graham School of Highland Dance and Wellington Silver Band.
The festival will conclude with a march on from representatives of the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Airforce, followed by an Act of Remembrance conducted by Reverend Nicholas Dark.
All proceeds from the evening will go towards supporting our Local Sea Cadets / Army Cadets / Air Force Cadets.
Early booking is strongly advised as last year’s event sold out very quickly.
Tickets go on sale from 1st July.
