Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

March 19, 2020

At a special meeting of council (18th March) it has been decided, with cross-party support, that the council will close its facilities to the public with immediate effect. Lagan Valley Island will therefore remain closed to the public until further notice.

For the most up to date information on Lisburn & Castlereagh Council services and facilities, please see their website. For Registration Services, please click here for more information.

EVENTS

All events arranged by the council and events hosted in council premises are currently postponed. If possible these will be re-arranged at a later date.  Ticket holders for the affected events will be contacted in due course. Tickets will remain valid for postponed events and refunds will be processed where appropriate.

Please note that following the closure of Lagan Valley Island to the public, our Box Office is closed but you can leave a message on our Box Office phone number (028 92 509254) and our staff will contact you. All patrons requiring refunds will be contacted by our staff in due course and we ask for everyone’s patience while we manage under these changing circumstances.

We are currently working through all post shows and issuing refunds if paid by credit or debit card. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Any customers paid by cash will be contacted separately.

Please email any queries to: lvi.reception@lisburncastlereagh.gov.uk in the first instance and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council switchboard (028 9244 7300) will be operational between 10am - 3pm Monday-Friday. It may not be possible to answer all calls immediately, so please do leave a message and someone will return your call.
