Join Erin Bunting from The Edible Flower for an evening of flavour, creativity, and festive inspiration as we explore the art of infusing spirits with seasonal botanicals, fruits, spices, and aromatics.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to build balanced flavour profiles and create your own bespoke infused spirits to enjoy at home or gift during the festive season. During the session, you will:
• Create two jars of your own infused spirits to take home
• Enjoy two seasonal cocktails showcasing infused spirits in action
• Make a flavoured syrup together to elevate future drinks and cocktails
• Learn practical tips on infusion methods, flavour pairing, and serving ideas
• Enjoy a selection of snacks and nibbles to pair with your cocktails
Expect warming winter spices, citrus, herbs, berries, and plenty of inspiration for cosy serves and festive entertaining. Perfect for cocktail lovers, curious beginners, or anyone looking for a unique seasonal experience. A recipe pack will be provided to take home with all the recipes included.
