All our conference rooms are now equipped with the very latest 4k touchscreens which not only can display your presentation via touchscreen technology, but will also allow for delegates and guest speakers from around the world to dial in via a range of pre-loaded meeting apps.
Each touchscreen, a Promethean ActivPanel, has standard features of:

- Video conferencing: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype, Cisco Webex Meetings
- Crystal Clear Audio
- Interactive whiteboard functionality (touch screen, pinch & pull etc)
- Microsoft Powerpoint (read only version), Prezi Viewer (read only version) and Google Slides (read only version) all pre-set
- Other apps can be pre-installed ready for your event on request

Unlike many conference venues, complimentary parking is available on-site for up to 300 vehicles and we are proud to offer excellent disabled facilities.
