The venue was excellent for our needs and everything ran very smoothly. Attentive staff and excellent booking service staff.

Organising focus group venues is a challenge at the best of times, but I understand from our moderator that all that we had requested was on hand . This was no surprise to me as I found your staff very helpful when I contacted them to make the arrangements.

We have used Lagan Valley Island before and keep going back because of the great facilities but more importantly the friendliness and professionalism of the wonderful staff who are always very helpful

The staff at the Island Centre were very helpful and courteous on the night of our meeting. They are to be complimented on their attention to detail in the setting up of the conference room.
